Right now notes are saved in the cloud, so you can keep working on your content no matter the device you're using.

You can remove them. Notes will go to the trash and will be removed within 30 days from deleting. You can also remove them immediately and irreversibily by emptying the trash.

But one might want to skip saving it in the cloud to increase privacy.
