We want to allow subscribing to any plan and be able to buy more transcription hours before monthly renewal.

I'd like to have simple way of combining short voice notes into one note. Would be great if I had another button, that allows me to record quick notes that are tied together, so I can have one simple list with all the notes, like phone numbers or other important information to collect in the given day.

Paused or longer recordings should be automatically saved, to avoid loosing it.

Right now I need to go to the top-right corner and click on three dots to synchronize notes. I'd like to have it done automatically.

Right now notes are saved in the cloud, so you can keep working on your content no matter the device you're using. You can remove them. Notes will go to the trash and will be removed within 30 days from deleting. You can also remove them immediately and irreversibily by emptying the trash. But one might want to skip saving it in the cloud to increase privacy.
